How do I register for an event?
Go to the Upcoming Events page, scroll down to the Registration box and fill in your name, email, phone number (optional) and number of people.
Click REGISTER. Your registration is saved instantly and the “Registered for this event” counter updates.
If you are signed in, the registration is linked to your account so you can view and cancel it under My Registrations.
What does a news item look like on our website?
Every event can be published as a news item from the event admin. The news item then appears on the Event News page.
A news item consists of the publishing date, headline, the event's date & time and location, the event slogan and a body text.
As long as the event is unpublished it is only visible internally — once published it is immediately visible to all visitors.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free and counts as an expression of interest in the event.
We will get back to you with date, location, competition rules and any fees as soon as they are confirmed.
Can I register several people at once?
Yes. Enter the number of people in the “Number of people” field (1–20) when you register.
If you are coming as a larger group, write it in the message field or contact us via Contact.
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are signed in, go to My Registrations and click Cancel on the registration you want to remove.
If you registered without being signed in, contact us via Contact and we will remove it for you.
How is my data handled?
We only store what you enter when registering: name, email, phone, number of people and message.
The data is used only to manage the event and contact you about it. It is never sold on.

How quickly will I get a reply when I contact you?
We normally reply within one to two business days.
If it concerns an ongoing event, put the event name in the subject so we can find your registration faster.
